By accessing and using Space War, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Account Registration

To play Space War, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate registration information
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account

Each player is allowed one account per universe. Multi-accounting is not permitted.

3. Rules of Conduct

Players must not:

Use bots, scripts, or any automated tools to play the game
Exploit bugs or glitches — report them instead
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
Share accounts with other players
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game systems
Use offensive or inappropriate names

4. Game Content

All game content, including graphics, text, and game mechanics, is provided as-is. The game administrators reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any game content at any time without prior notice.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

The game administrators may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to:

Violation of the rules of conduct
Use of cheats or exploits
Disruptive behavior towards other players

Space War is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The administrators are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or other issues that may arise from using the game.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
